Shipping policy

Where we ship. 18 Co. ships to addresses within the United States only. We do not currently ship internationally.

Processing time. Orders ship within 1–2 business days after payment is received (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping rates.

• Free Shipping — $0 on orders of $50.00 or more (order subtotal after discounts)
• Standard Shipping — $8.00 on orders under $50.00
• Express Shipping — $15.00 on any order

Orders ship from Easley, South Carolina via USPS. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout; carrier transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed, and may be affected by weather, holidays, or carrier delays.

Tracking. When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Delivered-but-missing packages. If tracking shows your package as delivered but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local post office, then email us at 18cogolf@gmail.com and we will help file a claim with the carrier.

Address changes. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change it, contact us as soon as possible — we can update it until the order has shipped.
